Solent University, Southampton fast-tracks future-proofed campus with transformative tech

Solent University, Southampton is fast-tracking its move from on-premise to Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), implementing TechnologyOne’s world-leading SaaS to enhance its technological capabilities, increase mobility, and streamline operations for its 10,000 students and staff.

Leveraging TechnologyOne’s Financials, Supply Chain Management, Corporate Performance Management, HR and Payroll and Contract Management products, Solent University will remove the burden of manual data entry and reporting from its professional services teams allowing greater oversight of its operations.

The project will be delivered via the global software vendor’s unique Solution-as-a-Service model, also known as SaaS Plus, which significantly reduces risk and speeds up time to value by taking responsibility for delivering the complete Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution. This includes the implementation, operation, and support for a single annual fee, avoiding the high initial outlay that usually comes with an ERP implementation.
