Enterprise HRP solution makes a positive and lasting impact on mental health
Glasgow, 30 October, 2019 - Scotland’s largest mental health charity, SAMH (Scottish Association for Mental Health), will expand its partnership with TechnologyOne to include Human Resources and Payroll as part of its enterprise-wide, integrated Software as a Service solution from 2020.
Emma Cruse, Head of Human Resources at SAMH said, “With nearly 600 staff working across Scotland, the integrated service will improve business efficiency so we can focus on transforming people’s lives by making a positive and lasting impact on mental health.”
SAMH expects staff accessibility to finance, human resources and payroll will improve with self-service functionality via a user-friendly, browser-based interface that is available on any device. Real time data access and reporting for business analysis aims to help streamline operational processes.
“We are pleased to be supporting SAMH as they add Human Resources and Payroll to transform their organisation to benefit staff and the many individuals and families that they support in the community,” said TechnologyOne’s UK Operating Officer, Anwen Robinson.
In further support of SAMH, TechnologyOne recently attended the SAMH fundraising dinner, where one of Britain’s most celebrated Olympic cyclists, Sir Chris Hoy, will be acknowledged for 10 years’ support as the SAMH Ambassador.
The World Health Organisation estimates mental health problems affect around one in four people, which can have an impact on their daily life. SAMH works with adults and young people to provide support, services, advocacy and education to more than 60 communities, including suicide prevention programmes and the promotion of active living.
