Box Hill Institute and TechnologyOne partner for SaaS move
17 November 2022 – Australian enterprise Software as a Service (SaaS) company TechnologyOne has secured a contract to help upgrade key financial and business management systems at Box Hill Institute (BHI).
BHI serves tens of thousands of domestic and international students across three campuses in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs and the CBD. The Institute offers more than 250 higher education and vocational education courses from nursing and health to IT, trades and education; while its Centre for Adult Education (CAE) offers 200 short courses.
As part of a broader digital transformation at the organisation, TechnologyOne will work closely with BHI to upgrade and transition its core systems to a modern, user-friendly SaaS-based solution which will be accessible from any device at any time.
Upon completion, BHI expects to realise a number of operational benefits and to improve both the student and employee experience.

The Institute expects the transition to be complete within the next 18 months.
