TechnologyOne celebrates 20 years of SAI Global certification

Australian software solutions provider, TechnologyOne (ASX: TNE), was recognised today by SAI Global for delivering more than 20 years of quality service and license management.

As the first Australian IT provider to receive this certification 20 years ago, TechnologyOne was presented a plaque by SAI Global to acknowledge the company’s long-standing commitment to delivering trustworthy and high quality products to its customers.

Executive Chairman, Adrian Di Marco, said the company was proud to receive recognition for its success.

“For more than two decades TechnologyOne has been dedicated to delivering outstanding and unique software solutions and recognition from SAI Global is a great acknowledgement,” said Mr Di Marco.

“We operate with a core philosophy, the power of one, which means we develop, sell, implement and maintain our own software. We take total responsibility for the success of each customer's investment.

“Our customers have a direct relationship with dedicated TechnologyOne staff every step of the way, as we do not use resellers or third-party organisations to implement our solutions.

“TechnologyOne has always made customer service a priority, which is demonstrated through our high customer retention and satisfaction rates,” he said.

Working hand-in-hand with its customers has seen TechnologyOne secure a number of high profile contracts, implementing software solutions for Red Cross Australia, the Reserve Bank and the Government of Samoa.

SAI Global’s general manager of assurance services, Damian James, attributed the software provider’s long-standing certification to its high quality systems management.

“TechnologyOne has always delivered on system and service commitments to its customers, ensuring all areas of the business work to a high standard,” Mr James said.

TechnologyOne’s investment in its people, leadership and innovation has also allowed the company to build a high performance culture, characterised by accountability, delivery and employee engagement.

“Having these efforts acknowledged by SAI Global is a significant achievement for TechnologyOne and we look forward to the next 20 years being as successful as the last,” Mr Di Marco concluded.
